These superchargers are very easy to install as long as you take your time.

I have a few movies of my Boxster with a Image supercharger on her.

I purchase the charger from gary. In no way is it an 8 hour install. It took me 12 hours and that was with out tweeking fittings and and things. I am more of a mechanic than not. Even with air tools it took me 12 hours. There is alot of fabrication involved in the kit. There is trimming, extending, capping, praying... Just alot to do.

When I installed it, we had tweeking to do to the kit to get it to fit my car, it sounds like you had to modify it more than I did. It took us about 20hrs to put it on, with all the grinding sanding and phone calls to Imagine.

I recommend either a great mechanic or Imagine doing the installs.

It is not something I would want to tackle. Great respect to Jaay for doing this install by just the pictures we took during the deinstall.

Dont forget to take a few videos after you get the ecu back.
