Hit the nail on the head. The DME is going to be really pissed off if it doent get a signal from the second set of O2s showing effiicient catalyst performance.

Now, I do wonder if "O2 simulators" could be used for the latter set of O2s to make the DME think all is fine and dandy. A lot of the guys with big power rice burners (Turbo's Zs, Subaru WRXs and STIs, Mitsubishi EVOs, etc) go this route and it seems to work, so I wonder if it could apply here?
