My 2000 Boxster S has the "warm-up pre-cats" at the headers and then a second set of Cats closer to the muffler. According to FabSpeed the secondary Cats near the muffler are "Deleteable" and when you use their 2ndary Cat by-pass pipes to eliminate them you will have no problem passing emissions inspection and no CEL. I have to call them and ask what you are supposed to do with the O2 sensors and wires that attach to the 2ndary CATs.
