If I were you I would do 18x10 and get your offset around ET45 (either by getting the correct wheel or using spacers if need be).

At the end of the day, there is very little to be gained by going beyond 10". I'm actually considering doing 9 or 9 1/2 on my next set of wheels. I run a 265/35 on my 18x10, but alot of guys run Turbo size rears at 285/30. Even if running the 285/30 you're not going to put any appreciable amount more rubber on the road by going to a 10 1/2" or even an 11" wide wheel.
