You said you could give step by step. I have a 98 and my shifter is also old and used up. Would love to change it but don't need the "short shift" set up. So this is just a cosmetic knob change? They don't have any more just like it on Ebay. May have to wait for awhile. Do you have the manufacturer of the one you got? Thanks.
