Mine came in today. Looks great. Boxxie is hibernating until Spring, so it will be a couple of months before I can try it out.
Thanks Ben, Merry Christmas!

You guys will love your new shifters! I am now "adapted" to the shorter throws, it feels like the new normal to me. Thanks again Ben!

I got the shifter installed and it works very nicely. I do still have a bit of lateral play in the shifter. I assume that is either down to the cables/linkage or the trans itself. Any ideas?

Usually the last bit of play comes from the gearbox, there isn't a lot you can do about it :/

Get an assistant to wiggle the lever while you verify from underneath.Visual is not required if you can get your fingers on the selector -you'll feel the free play.

Hi!
New round coming soon!
If you want one, PM me!
I think I said it already, but I'm increasing the price a bit because of the machine shop prices and the added step in the re-assembly of polishing the lever shaft.
New price is 130$ shipped to the US!
Thanks!
Ben.

Still a great price in my opinion. Did the batch around Halloween/Thanksgiving include the polishing? Not that I'm going to change again if it didn't!

Hi!
No, I started doing it on some on the last round and realized it could only make them better since the only failed one I've ever had was because of that shaft!
If you want one, be quick! I'm closing the orders soon!

Ben just curious, Mine is still in the box and won't get installed until spring. Should I send it back to have the shaft polished? What sort of additional cost would that entail or is it something I could do myself?
I look forward to the improvements either way.
Thanks,
Mario

Sorry I forgot to answer you!
If you are satisfied with the smoothness of your lever, no need to worry! It would cost more in shipping it back and forth than actually polishing the shaft...
And if it turns out bad... I'll fix it.
For the other, this is the last call! Closing very soon! I don't want the other that have confirmed there order to wait too much.
Ben

Why would the shaft need to be polished? To fit the actual shift knob? I also have your shifter and IM going to install it soon. What kind of polishing are you talking about?

I'm not polishing the lever, but the shaft that holds the lever.
It's going to make is't even smoother and avoid any risk of the zinc coating peeling!
The last order is closed, but you can still pm me for the next one
