FS: 2001 Boxster s REBUILT ENGINE!

Ladies and Gent's, It aches me to say that I am selling my first child. All the information is on the ad.

If one of you amazing people can help me find a buyer for asking price or close to you may find yourself with some commission in your pocket!

Car also has the factory aero kit, which (in my experience) is hard to come by! Main reason of sale is that i'm looking at another vehicle. You guys have been amazing thank you!

Thanks! I'm looking at an R33 GTR V-SPEC, the way the GTR sits right now its making 420AWHP so about 510HP at the crank. It's.... fast to say the least lol. But I fear that I will miss Porsche, and down the road acquire a GT3.

That is a hot looking Boxster.

I don't want to sound negative, but similar cars in the US are selling for no more than $15k USD, more around $12K really, so the price seems high.

Ultimately supply vs demand in your local area will determine if it sells at that price.

Best of luck to you.

Funny, I saw the ad on Autotrader before I logged in today. It is a beautiful car, but I have to agree with the last post. I'm looking at a 2000 S in Toronto right now with 56000 KM, and the seller is asking $12500. Your car is much nicer, but $10K difference is a lot!!
If you happen to decide to drop it down to that price range, pm me and I'm on a bus to Ottawa!!! :-)

$22,500 is what i'm asking considering its practically a new motor and i've easily put $10,000 into the car over the last year. However I am open to offers. Isn't that the idea? Advertise your car for more than what you actually want lol

This is a really nice car. I sold my 02 Boxster S with 53,000 miles on it with "no IMS" upgrade done for $18.5 last year cash and I just mentioned to someone on Pelican I would sell for the right price. The new owner then spent $2500.00 for new clutch and IMS retrofit. This Boxster needs nothing and has many options and $$ spent on it. Good luck on the sale. If I did not get a new Boxster S and wanted a 986 this would be the one.

Very pretty car.

Why was the engine rebuilt? I am curious what failed.
