My issue is never with it being too cold with the top, or being able to handle the car in snow, etc. My issue is and always will be the salt. I've seen what it can do to cars that are washed even twice a week, and I don't like it at all. I also will not take my car to an automatic wash, and since the hoses get turned off during the winter, I cant properly wash her at home either. That salt will creep into all the little nooks and crannies and fester there ruining her in the years to come. It's not a big deal for me to put her away for the winter, knowing that.
