as you pass the bolts through the inner cv they will pick up grease and not hold torque. so make sure you swab out the bolt hole openings in the cv prior to installing the (clean) bolts and don't move the cv too much during installation to avoid more grease weeping in. i've not had to use threadsealer but it's never a bad idea. and i agree - what's with the blue stuff in the red container?
