1999 Base exhaust vs 2000+

This what I have purchased , but not installed so far. Racing Dynamics header with 3 bolt flange. Beluga muffler out of Texas. I will be tracking the mostly with an occasional trip to the North country. The car is registered in Florida where there are NO emission requirements at all. I need the Dow pipe or mid pipe as it may be called to tie it all together. I see the ads for them but only from 2000-2004. Any recommendations. Thanks
