You could always ditch the drum e-brake and fit something like this:https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wil-120-12069-rd

ah ok, so if you just put "S" rotors on the rear with spacers for S calipers it technically fits over the hub but the ebrake would never work because no contact would be made with the inside of the rotor hub?

That is correct. The Brembo kit uses rear S rotors that were cast with very thick hubs that were machined to base e-brake diameter, allowing the factory brakes to work.
