Ack, don't even go there. Passive jammers don't work - radardetector.com did a good test and found that, not only did the passive jammer not jam the radar, but the antenna on it actually made the car easier to clock with radar.
Active jammers are a different story though - they work, but they are illegal - a felony if I am not mistaken.
