List your mods!

Inspired by the "What's your favorite mod?" thread, I thought it would be interesting to see all the things you've done to your cars.

Of course, I'll go first.

1. Removed the PCM1 phone. I also replaced both side panels to the center console.
2. Removed the navigation DVD and replaced it with a storage bin.
3. Removed the ashtray, since noone is ever going to smoke in that car for as long as I own it.
4. Brake air ducts replaced with GT3 ones. No more overheating brakes for me.
5. Soft top replaced after rear window cracks, so now I have a glass rear window.
6. Depo LED clear tail lights. Looks much better than original.
7. Fred's awesome center caps.
8. Fire extinguisher on homemade aluminium mount in front of the passenger seat.
9. Cross drilled brake rotors. Would have gone for slotted ones, if I had been able to find them at a decent price.
10. Brembo HP2000 brake pads. Track pads that also work on the road.
11. Replaced the PCM1 head unit with a cheap Android one from China. Still work in progress, since the opening in the new fachsia is a bit too small.
12. The text "Auf Wiedersehen" (goodbye in German) on the rear spoiler.
13. Decals of the race tracks I've driven on so far (4).

I don't count replacing the illuminated mirrors in the sun visors with simpler ones a mod, but rather a cheaper repair, since the lids were broken.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I've desnorkled it as well.

mods

I tend to keep the mods on mine pretty low key and tasteful.
I hate anything that is "over-badged".

1) The boxster badge on the trunk was replaced by PORSCHE in silver letters.
2) LED low and high beam headlight bulbs.
3) LED bulbs in the front and rear trunk.
4) Silver powdercoated the lug bolts.
5) Countersunk the oil drain plugs on my lathe and added magnets.
6) Got rid of the warnings on the sun visors.
7) Added satin black aluminum mesh to the center radiator vent.
8) Repainted outside front bumper grills satin black.
9) Added valve stem caps with the PSI stamped on them. (I do that on all my rides)
10) short shifter

Many more mods to come. I've only had mine for a few months and I can't seem to leave anything alone. Most of my time so far has been spent on detailing and maintenance.

Cheers. 2HE
