Here are the mods on my 08 Cayman S Sport:

Function 1st shift right soln
Tarett rear toe arms
GT3 front LCAs
Tarett LCA monoball bushings
race alignment -2.4 F, -2.1 R camber
EBS sump baffle
IPD plenum + GT3 TB
L&N spin on oil filter adapter
magnetic oil drain plug
braided brake lines
GT3 front brake ducts
fire extingusher
PSE permanent on mod

They're a bit different than most people's mods, but they're done with this in mind:

These pics are before I did the race alignment but we have such a limited pic size (hint, hint), I can't load any of my newer pics.
