This photo shows the interior control unit. They appear to have drilled a hole from the back of the "cubby" to get the wire through. I explored the possibilty of cutting out the area between the spoiler button and pasm button above but the unit actually has a single circuit board running across the entire unit so it did not seem practical.

Thanks a bunch 1JB!!

Great Photos!!! A big help. Nice Box by the way. Mine being a 2001, the front grills are a litle different, ut I think I can manage it. Thanks again for taking the time to get teh photos.
