When a Kangaroo decides to crash tackle your car and the insurance company writes it off.
Goodbye my little Porsche you will be sorely missed.

Sorry, those kangaroos must not care for Boxsters.

I'm a bit distracted, but notice you have spyder wheels. Were you able to keep them? If those are orig Porsche wheels, they have to be worth some $$$.

As someone who also previously lost a Boxster, I feel your pain and sorry for your loss. There are a lot of potential replacement Boxster's out there, so find another one and keep moving forward!

I'm just glad when I crashed mine and promptly replaced it with a newer more powerful version for less than the insurance settlement I didn't live in AU. Your prices are outta sight.

OTOH, be glad you don't live in Denmark where taxes exceed the price of the car (105-180%).

I hate to see that. Around here it deer but I guess a good sized kangaroo would do the same.

I bought them off a after market guy here in Sydney for $750 USD. They transformed my car and made it look a lot more modern than it actually was. Unfortunately I don't have the originals so had to give them to the insurance company along with the car.

Ouch, maybe you could have found somebody with old wheels and made a trade and gotten some cash. I took several items off my car when I finally abandoned it to the company that was hired to do the tow-away. Thing like lights, mirrors, etc. I had kept the originals so I put them in the cat and used the upgrades on my replacement car. I got no complaints. They got all the parts.
