I went to shop today ,brought them manual tranny fluid .
Saw the old parts. Imsb looked perfect! , the flywheel had a lot of ply about an inch with no spring back . Pressure plate had some life left rivets were not all at same depths so there were some very close to wear surface

Honestly it could be parts from another car guess you have to trust someone
Unless I was there to see parts coming out who knows

Asked them to check a reoccurring cel. It was an O2 sensor - told them to change it
Hate seeing the darn cel light
