Huge tradeoff though... granted, some great fall colour here (for a window of about 1-2 weeks), but zero elevation of any significance. And just try to find a road with some curvature in the greater Toronto area that's longer than a mile or two. Even finding two corners that link together is a chore.

10 mins outside LA and you're in the equivalent of a sportscar amusement park.

To spend fall break I Voted for my first time for an experienced principled supporter economic freedom and washed my car. I'll be sleeping better than most of America tonight.

Natchez Trace on Sunday

Took a drive with the wife today on the Natchez Trace. A lot of people think Alabama is as flat and featureless as a diner plate....nothing could be further from the truth.

Not a drive pic but slight change in the leaves starting in Ireland. Car will be put away for the winter at the end of October. Hopefully I get some nice sunny weekends between now and then.

Not much color here in the greater Boston area yet, but we had a beautiful, crisp and sunny early Fall day. Took the Box up to Rockport, MA for lunch, a little shopping, and to soak in the scenery.

Then back home for a quick bath. Martha's Vineyard on the schedule for next weekend. Life is good, especially with the 986

Took a drive our towards the Quabbin reservoir to see if there were any colors. Nada. We may get hardly any because the fall has been so warm.

On our way to the last Blackhawk Cars and Coffee of the season. They need to take a winter break because of the noise complaints.
