Fuel rail question

I'm putting back my 2000 Boxster engine and can't figure out what connects to the fitting on the fuel rail on the passenger side. Drivers side goes to the fuel pump but the other rail has the same same fitting but i have nothing to connect to it. Help

This might help. From workshop manual.

#10 = Fuel return line. Tightening torque 18 +/- 3.5 ftlb.
