overt the counter Meguairs NXT is good. But don't use it in sunlight or heat it will haze. Mail order I would buy FK 425 (buy it by the gallon BELIEVE ME you will be addicted) on glass and paint. FK use dust repellents in many of their products. I use 425 on my TV and PC monitor. FK 146 is a great cleaner as well (glass and paint).
Stoner is also a decent over the product glass product from Pepboys, autozone etc.

PerfectLap.....is this an auto reply to every post? hahahaha

Newspaper is awesome and I'd try another glass cleaner then lay over a coat of FK #425.....awesome stuff. Your window will stay sooooo much cleaner from bug splatter.

I make my own glass cleaner:

1 part de-natured alcohol and 2 parts distilled water in a spray bottle.

I spray the cleaner on a clean, white, 100% cotton terry cloth towel, clean the window, and then polish the glass with a dry towel. Works great.

For the windstop, I have been using the Zaino detailing spray (Z6) with a cotton towel.

for the plastic windstop, nothing i've found works any better than 3M Plastic Polish. The stuff not only makes the plastic more optically "perfect", but removed some scratches I had in the thing. You can get it at Pepboys, or look for it at properautocare.com.

Hi,

One neat trick when cleaning the Glass is to clean the Exterior Glass with Vertical strokes and the Interior Glass with Horizontal strokes. This way, you can instantly identify which side of the Glass any streaks are on. FYI...

Happy Motoring!... Jim'99
