BK extension shipping possibilities

I'm trying to figure out how much it will cost me (the buyer) to ship a BK roll bar extension from the US to Montreal. The weight 10 lb 5 oz, is on their site but not the dimensions. Anybody who has shipped this item have an idea as to the package dimensions so that I can calculate the cost?

Ooooh, I have shipped several of them, you can wrap it in cardboard so you have a flat "box" just barely bigger than the bar. But shipping to Canada (with UPS anyway) is a %&&*%&% from what I hear, you get landed with all sort of customs fees that often are very $$$. Is there anyway for you to pick.it up in the US near the border?
