Ooooh, I have shipped several of them, you can wrap it in cardboard so you have a flat "box" just barely bigger than the bar. But shipping to Canada (with UPS anyway) is a %&&*%&% from what I hear, you get landed with all sort of customs fees that often are very $$$. Is there anyway for you to pick.it up in the US near the border?
