Here's an exhaust that came from the factory on my 04S. Listed on the window sticker as "Chrome Exhaust" $640.00.
I haven't seen any like it since I have owned my Boxster.

@eicheldp
I think that's standard on the 550 cars. Im guessing they offered it as an option as well.

Sure as hell looks factory. I've heard people talk about the rare full leather wrapped interiors just never seen the seats.

I have the wood steering wheel, e-brake handle and shift knob as well. I think they look better in black than Savannah Beige, but that is a matter of taste. Another subtle upgrade included with mine is that the air bag is covered in leather, not vinyl.
According to this web site 2000****Porsche****Boxster Standard & Optional Equipment the wood and leather steering wheel was a $1505 option and available on the S. (I bought mine from someone building a racer, so it is not officially an option that was on my car when it was built.)

One of my favorite upgrades I did on my Boxster was the leather airbag cover and leather door cards. Here are is a photo of a leather door card that shows the detail. A great improvement over the vinyl ones.

If I came across a set of those in black and excellent condition that would be my next mod.

Did you rent your box out for a commercial? Check it out at the 19 second mark.

I had someone buy a complete black interior from me so they could switch out their green leather interior. They were about to throw it away but I kept it because it was so unique.

LOL, maybe that's the previous owner!
Have to admit I found the color jarring at first, but it has really grown on me.

Rare, maybe?
I wonder how many folks payed the extra money for the Polar Silver Metallic color.

Hey Jake.... I added the factory PSE to my Boxster. I had an '03 modified my FDM before installing the PSE. The FDM sounded much better. IMHO, the PSE are way to quiet. I deleted the secondary cats just to get some decent sound. Now the looks of PSE are something special!

Dang! So nice
