Try a solution of 20% meguiars apc and 80% distilled water. Do not spray the intended area rather on a toothbrush and work it into the leather.

Start off with 10% apc and go to 20 if you need to. Its strong stuff and needs to be diluted or you will damage the interior.

This should clean the leather to like new, but don't do it often. Finally finish up with a leather conditioner.
