Hi Matt, I'm very interested to order a waterpump to my Boxster from your website, but have one confirming question.
URO waterpump 996-106-011-54 states on the page of waterpumps that it has plastic impeller, but as I open the page it states that the impeller is metal.
So, the question is: Does that waterpump have plastic impeller?
Thank you for your help on this matter and have a fantastic day
With best regards,
Mr. Juha Laine -
Hello,
I submitted what I thought to be a very reasonable post and have not seen any sign of it on the board or any feedback as to why it has not been posted.
The Subject Line was “Need VERY OFF Topic Help In Massachusetts.”
The following is a snapshot of the first few lines of the text;
“Hello My MA Friend(s)!
I need some support and I would be very appreciative if someone can help. I come with funding…"
Would you please explain why my post/request for assistance was not published?
As a side note, here is a link to the same request on another forum that went PERFECTLY!

My son works at ECS, He's taking the old one in so their machine shop can fabricate a better version to make available for Porsche Owners. It'll probably get distributed through Pelican & Renntech since ECS is mostly VW, Audi & BMW.

06-22-2016 06:30 PM - permalinkNeed_for_speedRoger, thanks for your suggestion, but you may want to talk to your parts folks. I asked for a help finding this little part, was put on hold, and then treated like a chump. Yeah, I know, cheap little plastic part, not worth the trouble. But here's the thing, I'll be needing a brake job in the next few months, and I'll need pads and rotors. Oh, and I'll want to replace the brake lines as well. I'm guessing close a $1k for parts, if not more. And you can bet after this experience, I'll go somewhere else for the parts. So before you suggest that someone asks the "Pros" at Pelican to help with a parts issue, maybe you better make sure the "Pros" are able and willing to answer the question.
