Autocross, should be fine, those are short runs, and lower speeds.

Track- DE or racing? You don't say which. DE, should be fine with proper change interval. Charles runs this oil in his Engine swapped Cayman (3.8?). Racing, no, they have dedicated race engine motor oils. This is not a race oil.

I have no idea what race engines use but I presume its dumped after each event.
The disagreement I recall was about using DT40 for autocross and DE. I think it came up on discussion of a deep sump kit.
