Sure, records are great, but are they a deal breaker?
Why not assume there has been NO work done, and the car ran flawlessly from day one.
What do you think it's now worth?
If I bought that car with 66k, I would
Replace all fluids (diff, brake fluid, oil, coolant, steering, gearbox)
Spark plugs, air filter, belts, hoses.
There's your service history you'd have anyways.
Now, it's all current for $300.

This one was more of a fixer upper. I added up everything that would be needed to replace missing pieces, fix defective parts, and change the IMS bearing and clutch, and was looking at between $5,500 - and $6,800 worth of work. I'm totally fine paying $12k or more for a 2002 S with around 66,000 miles on it. I just wouldn't pay that much for this one.

Ripped it clean off. Like a .44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world.

Test Drive
I just test drove a 99 that I found on Craigslist and it had mouse poop in the frunk and trunk. Think I'm gonna pass...
If you're too lazy to vacuum mice droppings up before showing your car what else are you neglecting?

Those wheels look ridiculous. There should be a discount if they are included.

I think $15k is generous for a clean 04 base with 30k miles - it probably still needs a water pump, serpentine belt, plugs and coils, an IMSB replacement, tires for the stock wheels and a brake fluid flush.

Way too much for that car (especially with those wheels and the Tip. Trans).

Wow, and with a size large sport drivers seat no less Good for them, someone definitely had a vision and realized it. Not for me, but actually appears to be well executed.

Boston Craigslist, rear main seal tool for $35. No idea how much a new one costs, apparently there is a tool for everything!
