What a dork. Spends all that money on it but scrimps on cheapo seat covers? And is still modding while it's up for sale (twin turbo)?

Doubt it has anything done to the engine.

The 2Fast 2Furious wing and the handicap license plate indicate it's probably stock in the middle.

We need to follow this! This is groundbreaking technology. He must be going to use his newly developed liquid N2 intercooler to deal with the 300 psi boost pressure from the twin turbos he's going to install in order to get 2800 HP from that engine! Just stand back when he floors it! :chicken:

[From the ad linked above:]

This is the first time I've noticed this oval looking hole where the door-mounted woofers usually go. On 986 door panels without woofers, as think the door card is usually just smooth here. Is this thing an extra storage pocket, or what?

Its only 100 away from me! Just what I need. Some days I don't even want to work on my car...why the heck get another one?

A 997 C4S with just 11,000 miles for $32,500. Looks great in the first picture, then you find out there is some assembly required and a salvage title. How do you know all the parts are included?

If that is too much, there is also this 930 slant nose VW Beetle that needs finishing.

Last weekend I picked up a "boxter" hardtop for $250!

It was the strangest transaction ever - actual Seller ended up being a doctor who had a really nice house, multiple expensive air cooled Porshes (including an aircooled turbo), and so just didn't want to deal with people off Craigslist. But the person I had to cooridnate the transaction with apparently was hired to sell some of his stuff but couldn't transport the top (wouldn't fit in her SUV), so I had to pick it up. I had to take a ferry ride to get it, but it was very enjoyable trip! The top was encrusted with years of grime, but washed up nicely...

As you can, see just two days later, I'm putting it to very good use! (This car is daily driven and parked outdoors):

Although my main motivation for picking up the top was purely for practical reasons, (the color ocean blue metallic is not a completely perfect color match to my car's lapis blue) I am surprised to like the way it looks as much as I do!

I still need to pick up a set of spinlock adapters to get it properly mounted, so if anyone has a used set of those they could sell to me (without completely breaking the bank on this $250-top ) please let me know!
