1999 2.5 986 misfiring while accelerating

Hi, thought I would see if anyone has had this issue. Car was misfiring, and wouldn't idle. Had fault codes 301,302,303 (misfire). I change the spark plugs and coil packs , codes away but not cured. Changed the Maf sensor which has helped as does idle from cold start now. Cold or at temp when trying to accelerate , it pops and holds back . Running lean ? Was going to look at lambda sensor next ? Not wanting to just change for the sake as no codes now, any ideas?

It sort of sounds like the beginning stages of the crank position sensor failing. Can you check your timing at idle and acceleration? Also, your fuel trims would tell you if the oxygen sensors are the culprit
