Nine8Six Registered User Join Date: Sep 2013 Location: Montreal, QC. (currently expat to Shanghai) Posts: 3,249	Here in China, you have 48hrs to appeal the official (police) decision. Once initiated, it all takes a long time and both cars gets impound during the process. Do you guys have the same in the USA? I'm guessing the same.... the one at fault would need to sue using the regular lawyer/judge/court way? It is how it is usually done there? __________________ ______________________________ '97 Boxster base model 2.5L, Guards Red/Tan leather, with a new but old Alpine am/fm radio.
