Max repair? Less than sixty dollars and some of my time to replace a failed voltage regulator. Had a flat rear on a fairly new tire that tore it to shreds, but that doesn't count as a repair

$5,500. But this was a combination of repairs that occurred right on top of each other, no time to even take the car home. I believe I had a failed starter, alternator, the catalytic converters had it (I went with a whole new exhaust), bent wheel and damaged tire (had to replace all four due to discontinuation of tire) the AOS and MAF were replaced, and the ignition switch was asking for replacment. It was as if the car was engineered to have all these things go in one big wave. This wasn't too long after I'd spent $3,000 on the clutch/ims/rms. And last year I had about $6,000 in repairs for the suspension overhaul and brake/rotors. The interesting thing in all of these big repairs is that labor was never more than 1/3 of the bill. My mechanic as very reasonable $85 rate per hour given the shop's experience with Porsche. It's the parts that make keeping these cars expensive.
cheapest was ~$300 for a failed throttle body.

Cheapest for me was a $10 ignition switch. Most expensive was $1350 IMS Replacement (but that was preventative and done before I even picked the car up for the first time). Most expensive repair since I have had the car... Maybe front brake rotors.

$319 to work on window regulator + fix up mud flap. Turned out I didn't need a window regulator, just removal of a plastic For Sale sign that had worked its way into the door, causing a big clunk whenever I raised or lowered the window. It seems expensive because it was essentially nothing and I now have to live down being reminded of it.
Of course the recent $2700 for new water pump and new oil cooler for my Mercedes is off topic. (Oil cooler is in vee of engine underneath intake manifold)

Minimum was $0.
Maximum in one single invoice was >$10K.
The max was to build out my Boxster Spec race car. I'd rather not say how much more than $10K in case my wife happens to read this post.

My car failed inspection because of an old worn out gas cap. They sold me one at the gas station. The cheap gas cap threw the CEL. New gas cap cheapest repair at around $30.

Cheapest fix by an indy shop $100 to fix electrical problems on rear lites/brake lites etc.
Most expensive by indy shop was about $1000 to refurbish CV joints.
I have been fortunate so far in 3 years of ownership. G.
