It was as if the car was engineered to have all these things go in one big wave. This wasn't too long after I'd spent $3,000 on the clutch/ims/rms. And last year I had about $6,000 in repairs for the suspension overhaul and brake/rotors. The interesting thing in all of these big repairs is that labor was never more than 1/3 of the bill. My mechanic as very reasonable $85 rate per hour given the shop's experience with Porsche. It's the parts that make keeping these cars expensive.
