Here are my re-furb'ed split rims

Here are my re-furb'ed rims

old ones were bubbling a bit and a few curb marks.

had them stripped and powder coated.

They look great! What was the final cost, if I may ask? and how about a shot of the whole car?

cost was £104 per wheel

I'll get a pic up tomorrow.
you can also see the new roof with glass window.
I've done all the jobs that need doing,
so from now on just wear and tear maintenance

These look like "Sport Design" wheels, a 2-piece rim made by BBS for Porsche. I have the larger size on my 996. They look awesome but are a PITA to clean!

I have some autoglym wheel wax that hopefully will make some of the cleaning easier.

autoglym also make a really good wheel brush that helps get into those lug nuts

the worse wheel to clean are those faux spoke wheels that you get on old beemers (and wheels with real spokes like I had on my old motocross bike)

The contrasting grey / graphite color really looks good.
