KTS-500 to OBDII pinout?

My KTS-500 to OBDII cable was hand made and apparentlyu had a bad solder joint. One wire is no longer soldered to the 20 pin KTS connector so I can't use my PST2 to reset my codes (aside from using the battery discconect method). I've done a LOT of searching on the internet, but could not see to find a DIY on how to make your own cable or a pinout for the KTS side of the cable.

Does anyone have a document with the pinout on it I can use to fix my existing cable?

Well, I found the bad joint and fixed it. All is well, plus I have a pinout document if someone needs it. Just PM me.
