Keysinthepost.com...anyone have better luck than I?

After six weeks and a couple attempts to have a key cut by keysinthepost.com, I'm giving up. I've read good things about them, but my experience has been the polar opposite. Communication is great and they seem very nice.

1st attempt: Did the photo thing. Uploaded a photo and received my key within four days. It did not work at all.

2nd attempt: Took pictures of the new key that they cut for me, along with my original key, showing the differences between the two and what they did wrong. The first key had two errors in the cut. This one has so many errors that I don't want to bother to count them, but at least a dozen.

I think I'm done trying that route
Anyone else have better luck? What method did you use? Did you mail your key in, or do the photo?
