The seat can go back a little more and recline more as well but the headrest will not fit under the roll bar and if I have the headrest touching the roll bar pad then it'll make the leather/leather rubbing noise thus I kept a little gap.

awesome. thx for the additional info! question on the seat brackets. do they slide or did you have to modify and reuse parts from the OEM seats? thx.

The new seats came with sliders so the ONLY part I have to resure is the seat belt buckle and its wire. I took some pictures during the installation and if there is enough interest then maybe I'll write up a DIY thread since there is no instruction that came with either the seats or seat brackets.
