Black ones! Just kidding, Pilot Super Sports for my S. I haven't tried anything else so I have no opinion. The Michelins seem like great tires and I have 5000 miles on a new set.

Like I keep telling my wife: It's like shoes - you have to have the proper ones for each occasion. For me it is:

Hoosier A6 for auto-x
Nitto NT-01 for dry track days
Conti DSW's for wet track days
Dunlop Star- Spec for street driving

Yes, I have a lot of wheels...

I agree completely. There are no perfect tires that do everything well. Consider driving style carefully and choose a tire best suited for that use. For the OP, that might be PS2s, Super Sports, Hankook V12, Continental DW, Sumi HRTZ III.

Characteristics in common:

Good summer dry traction
Good wet traction
Quiet and comfy on the road
Reasonable tire wear
No good in snow or ice
