clutch switch to start engine?

The switch comes apart and can be serviced if you're careful and into dis assembly of a small part. I had to do the brake switch every other year.


PS 986 needs to grant limited mod powers to delete threads to multiple members before Poland turns this awesome site into a reading test.

This is not correct (sorry).
The switch that looks like brake switch, is used to deactivate the cruise control when pressing the clutch lever.
Ther is another switch located right next to it. It has a metal arm that can be adjusted by bending it. That wil make the clutch lever touch the switch sooner.
