Boxster S (ocean blue) is Betsy,
911 (lapis blue) is Bertha,
944T ( Guards red) is Rachel, and
M3 (carbon black) is Betty,
Gixxer600 is just the Black Widow.

And my wife says I don't have an imagination.

Opted for "Griselda", apparently of Germanic origin translated into something along the lines of 'grey maiden warrior' which, I thought, fit reasonably well...

...though somewhat syllable-laden, so I usually go with "Zelda" or just "Zel".

My 01 became Christine after I replaced the motor.

My 98 3.6 is named Frank N Stein since he died as a 2.5 and was brought back to life with parts from many cars.

Mine is just "Porsche" or "the Boxster" or "that car that I daily drive"

I think naming cars is stupid.
Why ?
People name boats.
My boats had lots of names, besides the name painted on the stern,
depending on if I was winning or losing a race or if I was skinning my knuckles
in the engine room.

That said I don't have a name for my Boxster.

Being young dumb and full of ____ I named my Searay the cheese wheel, and boy was it!! Thank god I left the name off, it was more of a radio name.
