Now he can bring it in for warranty work to the dealership.

They would still be obliged to fix the engine under warranty if they could determine what the original problem is/was and I'm sure that message, with pictures, would make it up to headquarters.

That was a good laugh to start the week thank you! Apparently you have never tried to court the Porsche company for some consideration, it may have been what led to the lead! I thought it said the vehicle was a 2011 though so I agree in principle with what you wrote.

The reliability of some of the guns in the video seemed to be pretty suspect as well. Maybe the gun owners should switch to 5W40 instead of 0W40 or change the oil every 14,500 miles instead of 15,000.

No it's the Mobile 1... Never run Mobil 1 at the range. It's "OK" around town, but at the range it's no good. You're right about the 5W40 though, my Mini 14 ranch rifle and my Beretta 94 are much quieter on start up with the heavier oil because it's thicker. Also syntec is the best...

Just went back to the article and checked .. 2011 was the date posted .. not year of the car .. looks like 996 to me.
