Garage
Replaced the driver's side radiator, took about 5 hours.
Can't believe how stupid the supports on these things are. The middle 'pin' on the radiator is sitting in a fixed support rigidly connected to the frame. The bottom of the radiator is supported by a pretty flimsy sub-frame that is bolted to the main frame. It's very simple, you hit something with the bottom of the bumper cover and all force is transmitted to the radiator. The main point of failure is that middle 'pin' which is plastic and part of the plastic manifold on the radiator.
This all could have been avoided by supporting the radiator from the top and leave a bit of clearance at the bottom. Ah well, I'll try to avoid dropping off curbs in the future.
