doragman,

I am back and forth on the amber thing myself. I have a dark color '99 like you and I am on the fence about what I like better. If I were to get rid of the amber I would like to upgrade to some thing like THESE.

Gotta agree that looks great -- assume yo an just replace in kind without issue ....now where did I hid that extra $1K ?
