18x10 ET50 rear wheel fitment please

BTW that price is very good considering the rare fitment of the Porsche. I'm not sure about the offsets but I _think_ they are ok or at least close.

I might have to get a set of this now. yeah, I thought +35 on the rear seemed very aggressive as well. I was playing with the wheel offset calculator and was thinking of using the following setup to extend both wheels out 27mm (~1.06") so front and rear will be even (inside wheels will consequently extend +11mm from my stock 17").

Front: 18x8.5 +47, Rear:18x10 +40

So will the above work and does +27mm that extends outer wheel position will look "flush" enough without looking too aggressive (or do I have more room). Is it a good idea to make both front and rear tires extend the same clearance this way.

The front fitment is good . It will definitely give you a "flush" look, as well as provide good clearance all around without being too aggressive . Furthermore, it will leave room for
error if you decide to experiment with different tire applications and/or lowering your vehicle with adjustable coil overs ect.. Ultimately, if you decide that you want a slightly more aggressive look, a small spacer can be added in the future .

Not to hijack but will these fit a '98

Front offset ET48. Size 8x18 inch.
Rear offset ET47. Size 10x18 inch.

Local craiglist ad has a set of 18" wheels from a 2002 Porsche 911 996 Carrera:

Front - 8J X 18 ET52 225/40ZR18 Continental
Rear - 10J X 18 ET65 285/30ZR18 Toyo

The price is good. Will these fit a '00 Base or require spacers.

The fronts will fit ok . But, the offsets are not ideal . The offset on the rears, however, are way too high . Depending how "flush" you want them to look, you would have to use at least a 15 to 20 mm spacer. In addition, 285's are a bit wide for my liking; especially given the fact that the fronts are only 225's . In my opinion, that does not strike a good balance between the two .
