I purchased my 1st Porsche at the age of 19. A 1999 Porsche Boxster in Glacier White. At the age of 21 I sold the '99 Boxster and purchased a '03 Porsche Boxster S in triple black. Debating the purchase of a 996 C4S or TT and keeping the 986S to continue as my daily. As far as my line of work is concerned, I am delved within the food industry as a food processor and restaurateur. Manufacturing product on the wholesale distribution level to the likes of Sysco, US Foods, et all. My product line is distributed throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and as far north as Canada.
/e I am currently 25 turning 26 in September.

50 something. I buy Homes at last count 72 so far. I bought my first Porsche almost a year ago. My I have learned a lot since then, especially recently. I raced sport bikes in a 3 state area with my wife and always did my own mechanical work. We are planning to race Porsches too, if I can get the darn thing running.
I am not an attorney but my brother is. He works for one of the largest lawfirms in DFW. He is a senior partner.

What a cool thread.
I am 45 and have owned my Boxster since 2001. When I was in my early 20's I started with custom VW bugs. Then had a 1973 BMW 2002, which is the only car I ever regretted selling. Maybe that's why I have the same Porsche for so long.
Anyhow, I am in the chiropractic industry. I practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic for nearly 19 years and retired from active practice in 2011. I am now Owner/CEO of a software company that serves the chiropractic industry (although we have non-chiro clients). I also teach doctors about running their practice and business. Since I like teaching (and learning), I really like contributing to this forum.

33, Indy Porsche Technician in Raleigh, NC. My first (and still own) Porsche is a 1987 924S. My fiancee enjoyed it so much, I had to get her a 1998 986 so I could have it back. I went to Raby's WTI training and even Purchased my own PIWIS1 as a result.
I have been a professional Technician since graduating college in 1999. I went to work for Cadillac and obtained Master Certified level in 2007. Thats when it all went wrong and I went euro. I never looked back. I have been Porsche and italian makes ever since.

I have been on a motorcar hiatus as of late. Pardon my absence, but I am back in full swing, my friend. I will admit, my temporary leave was large in fact due to my new found love of firearms these last two years. Nevertheless, I can only hope you are no less of well and that world is fairing you well, John.
With best regards

52 years old. General manager of a retail greenhouse business. Married to the same girl for 28 of those years and she finally convinced me to buy my first Porsche last July. There's nothing like driving a topdown Boxster with the gal you love riding shotgun through the canyons of Utah. Love this forum and love my 986.

I am 66 yo and retired. And am enjoying it , particularly with my 2001 Box base. Would like to spend more time driving it in the warmer climates of Calif. and Ariz.
However my butt gets sore driving it long distance. I like my 4 hour drive to Jasper for hiking/camping in the summer. This is my first P car bought 1.5 years ago. No regrets. Had a Miata before. Get a better buzz out of the P car
