I've really, really liked ultraluster better than any other polish/wax I've used.
It's a micro polish (finer than talc) along with an acrylic glaze.
Any areas needing a touch of elbow grease I do first without turning the aplication cloth. this tends to build the super fine polish which will remove water spots and very minor imperfections but won't get what you'd normally use claybar for. I then do the whole car with a liberal coat of the glaze.
It lasts at least 6 mos even in this Florida sun and heat.

BTW, I DO NOT do the "waterless" wash routine!
