I would try cleaning your MAF first before replacing it. CRC makes a MAF spray cleaner. It's an easy job to do yourself. The MAF is easy to get at right next to your air filter.
Had the same exact codes. 2 cleanings of the MAF made it stop for a little while and then I finally got tired of it and replaced it. Voila. No more CEL.
