Mike, trying to understand. I've never done this before, so just askin':

Why not put the brake fluid into the Motive? Less chance of running out of fluid and getting air in the system. And what's the big deal about having to dump the excess fluid out of the Motive and into the container you're collected the old fluid in for disposal? The opened container of new fluid has to be tossed anyways...

Just my 2 cents, I've done it both ways, since I have the 0100 and it doesn't come off easy I put the full fluid amount in the bleeder...either way will work.
