DG doesn't sound like the hydraulics are working at all. I don't have enough experience with the boxster system to help, hopefully someone who has replaced their clutch will chime in.

im guessing at this point it might be more like the bearings might be bad i can hear the creaking of the slave either moving or trying to move the lever but for what ever reason the clutch is not engaging

Assuming all the hydraulic parts were assembled correctly It's definitely time to dig further. If you are going to replace the to bearing, IMO, you should replace the clutch, rear main seal upgrade, inspect the ims and flywheel. A big job I never got around to trying. Because of a serious spine disease recently discovered, I'll never be able to twist wrenches again. I can only drive my Box 14 miles before my feet go numb.

I had the same loud creaking noise coming from my clutch a year or so ago. I followed Steve Tinker's posts and removed the slave and greased the tip of the little plunger thing. It was an absolute nightmare to get to and remove and replace. I leaked hydro fluid all over the slave area. I bled it off a couple of times and finally got everything back to normal. The clutch was completely quiet and smooth two or three times then creeeeeeeak... it started up with the noise again. I've been driving it a year or so with the noise. It shifts fine but the creaking drives me nuts. Someone told me that it may be a dried out guide tube?? My car is 10 years old and only has 39k on it so????

Could be the pedal assembly too, mine squeaks but you cant hear it when it's running.

I wish it was. I went down that route first for the easy fix. It's definitely coming from the clutch itself. It's getting a little stiff too. I was at a German Car Show this past weekend and had the opportunity to sit in four other Boxsters. Some older, some newer etc. They all had smoother operating clutches than mine. It makes a real "springy" sounding creak when the pedal is about 2/3 down to the floor.

I can tell you that it sounds to me like you have an issue with your throw out bearing. I recently changed my own clutch on my 98. It was a big job, but not undoable if you have some experience. Its a common issue with the 986 and 997. They always say to change those bearing out when you change the clutch, which for your average moron happens every 50,000 miles cuz they dont know how to drive.

You could also check and make sure the big spring in for you clutch pedal is operating correctly. Its up under the dash. You have to remove some air ducts and get really uncomfortable on you back with your feet hangin out the door to see it.

Also, if you have a small leak in the hydraulic system youll get 2 or 3 pushes with it working, but that means your suckin up air when you release it. So after a couple times youll have air in the system again. Itll also explain why you dont get bubbles when you bleed.

All the clutch stuff aside, that's crap news to get. I hope you get good treatment or if that's not really a possibility, that things go as well as they can for you mate.

Thanks dude! I drive it with both feet numb and what feels like a knife in my back, I used to think those seats were perfect too! If my destiny is to not shift then I'll have to save up for a PDK.
