WD-40 rules!!

(It's also effective against attacking hornets (although I have not tried it against Killer Bees!))

I have had good results with Bug & Tar remover. Dissolves the adhesive and you just rub it off with a rag, no scratches. Then clean with a good detergent such as dish detergent that dissolves oil and grease.
