How about spending $5 and picking up a couple 2x4s and driving onto them? Then you should be able to clear your floor jack.

I'd rather use two jacks than play the drive on 2x4 game...

I just went to home depot in the Falls and picked up some scrap lumber (maybe only an inch or 2 high max) for abour $3 that I could drive the car onto to start ... they're really not bad and it helps me to get the jack underneath.
